We're Sweetfurs! We're the kids who live, love and learn on this world! We're sugar based life, specifically the special sugar we mine in the hills, similar to how some humans mine salt.
Do you mean... like, our insides? Well, we're mostly made of sugar, fruit, nuts and spices! So our insides are made of that too. We can eat and go to the bathroom and breath and stuff like most other species can.
We have six real 'organs': the brain, the core, the lungs, the sieve, the tummy and ther tummy tubes! The brain makes us think, the core makes us live, the sieve keeps impurities out of our bodies, the tummy holds our food and the tummy tubes carry our waste!
Well, whena mommy or daddy want a baby or a big kid wants a little sibling, all they need is a recipe, ingrediants and some special sugar! We harvest special sugar (well, our grown ups do!) and add it to our normal recipes to bring them to life! If you don't add spices (or a little bit of your own jelly to pass on flavour), then you get a Sweets Kid! But, no offense, they're kindo f boring shaped! Add some animal spices to make a Sweetfur!
Sweetfurs can tehcnically be made to be any age, but if you don't have the ingredients for a large batch, you can make a little baby with only a quart of jelly!
Apparently your species makes babies a different way, but my daddy says that way is gross and I'm not allowed to ask! No offense...
Well, my daddy made me! but I think you mean... the creators.
A long long time ago, there were creators! they made our ancestors, the Sweets Kids, and the whole world! They were the only grown ups for a long time, taking care of them, but one day, they disappeared. The sweets kids were all little, so they didn't think to record any history or anything about the creators, just the little they taught them. When the sweets kids decided to grow up and make more kids, they started playing with the recipes, adding in animal spices to make the first Sweetfurs.
We may not know who they were, but our creators left us a lot of knowledge! Like, did you know some species have sopmething called gender? It's, uh, like what pronouns and terms you like, right? Usually us Sweetfurs go by any pronouns and terms, but I like 'boy' ones! The creators also left us recipes for all the different jams and jellies and preserves and honeys we would ever need! They also taught us what 'ages' are! apparently they change and grow with time, andnot just when they want to! So we know what 'ages' we are based on our size!
